Description

Toronda 183cc is a premium high-end racing cylinder kit developed for Gilera and Piaggio 125–180cc 2T LC engines. The cylinder is designed for maximum performance, delivering significantly more power and torque compared to the original cylinder. It is intended for demanding racing projects and competition use.

With a 65 mm bore and a 55 mm stroke, it achieves a displacement of 183 cc. The cylinder features 7 transfer ports and a 4-piece exhaust port, eliminating the limitations of the original mounting bolt layout while providing exceptional gas flow and maximum performance.

Despite its high performance, the cylinder fits original 125cc and 180cc engine cases without requiring additional machining of the engine block.

With the correct engine setup, it is capable of producing 40–45 HP.

• The cylinder is compatible only with a 55 mm stroke crankshaft and a 110 mm connecting rod.
• For correct operation, a Toronda 52 mm cylinder head with a 0.5 mm combustion chamber depth must be used.
