Description

High-quality Malossi Multivar 2000 variator is designed for 125cc scooters from Peugeot, SYM and Longjia. The Multivar 2000 is a sport upgrade for the original variator and is designed to improve CVT transmission operation and make better use of the engine’s power.

The optimized variator geometry provides better acceleration, smoother shifting, and improved operation at higher RPM. Depending on the engine and transmission setup, it can also contribute to a higher top speed.

The variator uses a high-quality self-lubricating sintered metal bushing combined with a machined steel hub and a hard-chromed, polished sliding surface, ensuring low friction and a long service life.

The variator is suitable exclusively for versions with a Ø17 mm crankshaft end.

Before ordering, always check the crankshaft diameter, as differences may exist between different model years or vehicle versions.
