Clutch kit TPR Factory Racing 5 plates – Minarelli AM3 / AM4 / AM5 / AM6

Description

High-performance TPR Factory Racing clutch kit is intended for tuned and Racing Minarelli AM3, AM4, AM5 and AM6 engines. It is designed for higher-power engines where the standard clutch no longer provides sufficient power transmission.

The system uses 5 friction plates, 4 steel intermediate plates and 5 clutch springs, providing approximately 25% more friction surface compared to the standard version. The CNC-machined aluminium parts are made from 6082 Anticorodal alloy and anodised for increased resistance to wear and corrosion.

Installation recommendation

Before installation, the friction plates must be properly soaked or lubricated with suitable gearbox oil. During assembly, observe the correct clutch adjustment and specified tightening torques for the individual engine.
