Complete Naraku Super Trans is intended for rebuilding and upgrading the entire CVT transmission on 50cc 4T GY6 / 139QMB engines with a 669 mm drive belt.

The kit contains mutually matched Naraku transmission components, making it suitable for complete replacement of the worn original drive system. The kit is intended primarily for standard or unmodified 50cc engines.

It is suitable for all models with a GY6 / 139QMB 50cc 4T engine that use a transmission version with a 669 mm belt, regardless of the scooter brand.

Suitable for

The kit is suitable for all 50cc 4T scooters with a GY6 / 139QMB engine that have a transmission with a 669 mm drive belt.

As several different transmission and belt lengths are used on Chinese 4T scooters, it is necessary to check before ordering that the vehicle has the 669 mm version.

Important during installation

The pins of the original Torque Driver must not be larger than 6 mm and must not be excessively worn.

The Naraku Torque Driver is precisely machined with very small tolerances, so worn original parts may cause problems during installation. If the original Torque Driver or its mechanism is already worn, we recommend replacing it at the same time with the corresponding new part.

Note

The kit is set up primarily for a standard 50cc engine. If the cylinder, exhaust or other Tuning components have been changed, the variator must be readjusted with suitable rollers, and a stronger contra spring may also be required.

Before ordering, be sure to check that your 139QMB engine uses a transmission with a 669 mm belt.
