Engine block reinforcement DDL Tuning CNC – Piaggio / Gilera 50cc 2T long block

Description

DDL Tuning CNC engine block reinforcement or Torsen Brace is intended for Piaggio / Gilera 50cc 2T engines with a long block. The reinforcement reduces twisting or torsion of the long part of the engine block and thereby reduces stress and the possibility of damage or cracks in the casing.

It is especially recommended for more powerful Sport and Racing modifications and when using sport or expansion chamber exhausts, which additionally stress the long part of the block.

The reinforcement is CNC-machined and is installed on the existing mounting points, therefore modification of the block is not required.

Installation note

The reinforcement is intended for the long Piaggio / Gilera 50cc 2T block and is installed without modification of the casing itself.

When installing the mounting nut, the use of a medium-strength threadlocker (Loctite) is recommended.

Important: due to the design of the reinforcement, the product is suitable only for configurations with a sport or expansion chamber exhaust and is not compatible with the standard original exhaust.
