Description

Longer Jasil 14/29 primary gears are intended for more powerful Piaggio / Gilera / Italjet 125–180cc 2T engines with Double Disk (DD) block.

The longer gear ratio is intended primarily for modified engines where the stock gearing becomes too short. It allows better utilization of more powerful 180cc and 210cc tuning configurations and potentially a higher top speed.

Note

Longer gears do not increase engine power, but change the gear ratio. For effective use, the engine must have enough power to pull the longer gearing.

They are especially suitable for modified 180cc and 210cc engines. With an underpowered or stock engine, gearing that is too long can reduce acceleration and the engine will not reach the intended top speed.
