The MHR Moped Racing exhaust is one of the most important parts in vehicle tuning and it is specially designed to improve engine performance at medium and high rpm. Thanks to its profile, it can be mounted on all Ciao, Bravo, Si and Grillo motorcycles. In addition, it has been dimensioned in such a way that it can be combined with ALL currently available aluminum Malossi Racing cylinder kits. It was developed for particularly extreme tuning. This exhaust features a convincing curve with minimal losses to emphasize the sporty side of every vehicle. The dimensions as well as the generous length obviously reveal the performances of this piece. The amazing results obtained on the dyno show a stunning increase in the torque curve and an improvement in top performance unmatched by any other moped exhaust!

Designed for assembly on all Piaggio Ciao, Bravo, Si and Grillo in combination with Malossi cylinder kits in aluminum and 27mm outlet. Manufactured from special sheet steel (thickness 0.8 mm) using robotic TIG and MIG welding processes and manual gas fusion welding. The exhaust was painted in transparent protective paint.

Made of anodized aluminum nitro blue with a 90 degree bend end piece.
Connection exhaust
Firmly and stably attached directly to the frame with silent blocks. Spacers (if necessary) are included. As this is a special part, some small changes need to be made to the frame. A hole for attaching the silent block must be drilled. The housing cover (side panel) cannot be installed.
