Replacement cylinder kit Ø37 mm is intended for various Peugeot, SYM and TNT Motor 50cc 4T scooters with the XS1P39QMB engine or the corresponding SYM engine version.

The kit is intended to replace a worn or damaged original cylinder and piston and corresponds to the standard engine displacement.

Before ordering, we recommend checking the XS1P39QMB / XS1P37 engine designation, OEM number and dimensions of the original cylinder. The Ø37 mm diameter and Ø10 mm piston pin are particularly important, as several different versions of 50cc 4T engines exist.

When installing a new cylinder, it is also recommended to check the condition of the cylinder head, valves, timing chain and oil system and to correctly adjust the valve clearance after assembly.
