The original Piaggio guide bushing is designed to guide the starter gear or electric starter Bendix. It is suitable for various Piaggio and Gilera 50–200cc 2T and 4T engines, including Piaggio Leader 125–200cc.

A worn bushing can cause increased play and improper operation of the starter mechanism.
