Description

The TNT water pump repair kit is intended for liquid-cooled Piaggio / Gilera 125–180cc 2T engines. It is suitable for servicing or rebuilding the water pump mechanism when the bearings, shaft, impeller or other pump drive components become worn.

The kit allows the water pump to be rebuilt without replacing the complete assembly.

Installation recommendation

When rebuilding the water pump, we recommend inspecting the entire cooling system and seals. After installation, the cooling system must be properly filled and thoroughly bled, followed by checking for any coolant leaks.
