Description
Engine block Malossi MHR RC-One 100cc – Piaggio
High-performance Malossi MHR 100 RC-One engine block is developed specifically for the most demanding Piaggio 2T Racing configurations and use with the Malossi MHR 100cc system.
The block is specifically designed for the Malossi MHR 100 Flanged Mount Testa Rossa cylinder and allows installation without additional milling or modification of the block. All important parts are precisely CNC machined, so the block is ready for assembly.
The MHR 100 RC-One system is designed for engines where power, according to the manufacturer, can exceed 35 HP, when using suitable Malossi Racing components.

Important
The Malossi MHR RC-One 100cc engine block is intended for Racing conversions of the models listed above or configurations where a compatible Piaggio engine can be used. This is not a conventional stock replacement engine block, but a dedicated MHR 100cc Racing system, so compatibility of all other engine components must be checked before assembly.
Important
This is not a conventional replacement block for a stock Piaggio engine, but a dedicated Racing block for MHR 100cc configurations. It requires the use of compatible Malossi MHR 100 system components.
The block has no automatic oil mixing system and is designed for an electric water pump. Therefore, the entire engine configuration must be adapted to the requirements of the RC-One system before assembly.
The power figure of over 35 HP is a manufacturer claim for a properly assembled MHR 100 Racing configuration and does not represent guaranteed power for every assembled engine.
