Carburetor TNT Ø17.5 mm PHBN original type – Yamaha Aerox / BW’s / MBK Booster / Nitro 50cc 2T

Replacement TNT Ø17.5 mm PHBN-type carburetor is designed for various Yamaha and MBK 50cc 2T scooter models with Minarelli engines.

The carburetor is manufactured based on the Dell’Orto PHBN Ø17.5 mm design and represents a more affordable alternative to original carburetors.

Due to its larger 17.5 mm diameter, it allows a greater flow of the fuel-air mixture compared to stock Ø12 mm carburetors. It is suitable for use on stock 50cc engines and compatible sport configurations where increased fuel supply is required.

The carburetor features a manual cable-operated choke and is designed for installation on a rubber intake manifold.

When replacing a smaller carburetor with the Ø17.5 mm version, proper carburetor adjustment is required, particularly the main jet, fuel-air mixture and idle speed.

The TNT carburetor is not an original Dell’Orto, but a replacement version based on the PHBN Ø17.5 mm type.
