Description

High-performance Yasuni Axial represents a different CVT transmission concept compared to conventional sport variators. Yasuni developed and patented the system as an axial automatic transmission, designed to transfer engine power more efficiently throughout the entire operating range.

It is suitable for various 50–90cc Minarelli Horizontal and Minarelli Vertical 2T configurations, from stock to highly modified engines.

IMPORTANT – contra spring

Yasuni Axial must be installed with a soft or stock contra spring.

The system is designed to operate with a soft contra spring. Using a stiffer sport contra spring may cause improper operation of the variator or the entire transmission.

Installation recommendation

For proper operation, it is necessary to select the appropriate weight of the included weights according to the engine configuration. We do not recommend combining it with a stiff sport contra spring, as Yasuni Axial is designed for use with a soft or stock contra spring.
