Variomatic rollers in a set of 6 from NARAKU. These are high-quality polymer HD heavy duty variator rollers that not only provide excellent service as original replacements, but can also fully exploit their properties in high-end engines.
The inner ring is elaborately knurled during production and then the inner ring is connected to the plastic. This prevents the roller casing from becoming detached from the inner ring under the influence of temperature, which is unfortunately very often the case with cheap variator rollers. The high proportion of PTFE – polytetrafluoroethylene – in the outer jacket ensures good self-lubrication and therefore better durability. The sliding properties of the PTFE also ensure clean switching of the variator.
Very good value for money and one of the most robust variator weights in our delivery range.
