Description

Kit Malossi Fly System 107 mm contains a reinforced centrifugal Malossi Fly Clutch and the corresponding Malossi clutch bell. It is intended as a quality sports replacement for the original clutch on numerous 50cc scooters.

The reinforced clutch construction is suitable for everyday use and increased loads, while the dynamically balanced 107 mm bell ensures smoother operation, reduces vibrations and provides reliable power transmission.

Installation note

Before ordering, check whether the vehicle uses a clutch with a 107 mm bell. When removing the rear variator transmission assembly, caution is required due to the preloaded contra spring of the rear pulleys.

After installation, we recommend checking the correct operation of the clutch, bell and complete CVT transmission.
