Description

Polini Corsa Racing 70cc cylinder kit made of cast iron is designed for air-cooled (AC) Piaggio engines. It is a more powerful version of the Sport cylinder, developed for higher performance and a more aggressive engine character.

The cylinder with a Ø47 mm bore can achieve approximately 10–12 HP with an optimal setup (e.g. 17.5 mm carburetor and a sports exhaust). In the Corsa series, Polini improved port timing (longer duration) and redesigned the exhaust port, resulting in better flow and increased performance.

The piston is specifically designed for the “Corsa” version and features two piston rings, ensuring a good balance between performance and durability.

An ideal choice for riders who want more power than standard sport kits while maintaining solid reliability.
