Description

The Stage6 Streetrace 70cc is a high-quality cast iron cylinder kit designed for scooters with CPI or China 2-stroke AC engines. It is a more affordable version of the popular Sport Pro model, with a very similar transfer port design, but adapted for optimal performance of a cast iron cylinder.

The cylinder is manufactured in Taiwan (Made in TW) and provides a very good balance between performance, durability and price, making it an excellent choice for everyday use. It delivers optimal performance around 10,000 rpm, with real power ranging between 8 and 11 HP. Compared to the Sport Pro model, it offers slightly better acceleration from standstill, but about 0.5 HP less top-end power.

For optimal results, we recommend using a larger carburetor and a sport or racing exhaust. A great combination is the Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust, although the cylinder also performs very well with more discreet exhausts such as the Tecnigas Silent Pro.

The piston for this kit is manufactured by the well-known Vertex Pistons, ensuring high quality and reliable operation. The cylinder has a discreet, OEM-like appearance, as it is marked with “49ccm” instead of a Stage6 logo.

• cast iron 70cc cylinder (47 mm bore)
• piston with two piston rings – 10 mm piston pin
• aluminum cylinder head with high compression ratio
• gasket set

Note:
This is a less common version with a 10 mm piston pin – please check compatibility with your engine before purchase.

We recommend cleaning the engine and replacing the spark plug and piston needle bearing before installing the new cylinder. After installation, carburetor adjustment may also be required.

A 70cc cylinder is not permitted for use on public roads in some countries.
