Quality DR Ø40 mm piston kit is intended for 50cc DR cylinders for scooters with a Piaggio 2T engine, both air-cooled (AC) and liquid-cooled (LC).

It is suitable as a replacement piston when rebuilding or replacing a worn piston in the corresponding DR 50cc cylinder.

Note

Before ordering, be sure to check the diameter of the existing piston and the version of the DR cylinder. The piston kit is intended for corresponding DR 50cc Ø40 mm cylinders and is not a universal Ø40 mm piston for all Piaggio cylinders.

When replacing the piston, we recommend checking the condition of the cylinder, piston clearance, needle bearing and correct piston ring gap adjustment.
