Description

Polini Speed Drive Evolution 3 is a high-end torque driver (rear CVT pulley) developed for maximum performance of Minarelli engines. It is a completely redesigned transmission system where the variator and pulleys are almost entirely made of aluminum, significantly reducing weight and improving transmission responsiveness.

The pulley surfaces are coated with a special ceramic layer whose slightly rough and highly durable structure reduces belt slipping and power loss. The system is designed as an oversize version, expanding the working range of the transmission and allowing the engine to maintain optimal RPM across a wider operating range.

The rear pulley allows a choice between two ramp angles (36° or 38°), enabling very precise transmission tuning according to the engine characteristics. When combined with the Polini Evolution variator and Evolution belt, acceleration and consistency of power transmission are significantly improved.

For optimal performance, Polini recommends using the Polini Evolution 3 belt.

Warning:
Due to the larger pulley diameter, the inner edges of the engine casing must be modified during installation.
