Description

Sport clutch spring set Malossi Racing is intended for adjusting clutch operation on various Honda, Kymco, Piaggio and Suzuki Maxi Scooters with displacement from 250 to 500cc.

The springs are suitable for use with the original clutch as well as Malossi Fly Clutch and Delta Clutch sport clutches. By selecting different spring stiffnesses, it is possible to adjust the rpm at which the clutch begins to engage, depending on the engine configuration and desired operation.

Note

Stiffer springs generally cause the clutch to begin engaging at higher rpm, while softer springs engage at lower rpm. The choice of the appropriate stiffness depends on the engine, variator, exhaust and the complete transmission configuration.
