KTM clutch for Tomos (racing clutch)

KTM clutches are CNC machined from hardened steel and are a strong upgrade for Tomos mopeds. They are primarily intended for use on converted mopeds with racing ignition (such as HPI, Selettra and PVL), as well as for cross mopeds where high durability is required. Due to the precise CNC machining, all clutches are identical and extremely robust. However, there may be minor deviations during assembly, as the crankshaft on some engines is not perfectly centered. Therefore, minor adjustments may be necessary in certain cases. A completely universal fit is not possible. We do not offer a warranty on the product – neither when used on standard nor on converted mopeds.

What is the KTM clutch suitable for?

The KTM clutch is suitable for mopeds with an internal rotor or racing ignition (HPI, Selettra, PVL). Other clutches often do not function properly in these cases, so we recommend the KTM clutch as a reliable solution. It is also great for use on cross mopeds, as it can withstand high loads.

What is special about the 2SP version?

The 2SP clutch does not require engine cover adjustment. Special strong springs are included that replace the standard rings or plates. The segments fit perfectly into the center of the clutch and do not cause rattling. The bolts in the kit are high quality and made specifically for the KTM clutch.
