Description

Sport cylinder kit Malossi Racing 218cc is intended for liquid-cooled Piaggio Leader 125 and 200cc 4T engines with carburettor. With a cylinder bore of 75.5 mm and stroke of 48.6 mm, it increases the engine displacement to 218cc and provides more torque and better acceleration.

The kit consists of a quality Malossi cylinder, piston and piston rings. Due to its characteristics, it is suitable both for higher-performance road modifications and for everyday use with correct engine adjustment.

Important regarding the cylinder head

The cylinder kit can be used with the original cylinder head. For an additional improvement in performance, a sport head can be used:

After installation, the carburettor settings must be adjusted. Malossi recommends increasing the main jet by approximately 10–15% compared to the existing setting.

Note

Before ordering, we recommend checking the engine type, cylinder head version and valve mechanism. Due to the increased displacement and compression, the complete engine setup must be correctly adjusted after installation.
