The cylinder is made from aluminum with a Nikasil coating, which provides good heat dissipation, reduced friction, and a long service life. The kit also includes the cylinder head, piston kit, gaskets, and spark plug.

Note for installation on Tomos

The cylinder is primarily designed for Puch Maxi, but it can also be used on Tomos engines. When installing it on a Tomos, modifications or machining of the engine cases are required, as with other Puch cylinders installed on Tomos engines.

Therefore, on Tomos models the cylinder is not Plug & Play, and appropriate modifications are required for correct installation. After installation, the carburetor and the entire engine setup must also be properly adjusted.
