Description

Malossi Sport 70cc is a powerful and reliable cylinder kit made of grey cast iron, designed for Kymco and SYM air-cooled engines with a horizontal layout, where the fuel intake is fed directly into the engine crankcase. It is an excellent sport cylinder with plenty of torque, suitable for both everyday riding and moderate tuning setups.

The cylinder is equipped with a robust piston and two piston rings, ensuring long service life and good resistance even with less than ideal setups. Even with the original carburetor and stock exhaust system it delivers very good performance, and with the correct setup it can reach approximately 6 horsepower.

The kit is easy to set up and is supplied with all necessary parts for installation, including the cylinder head, gaskets and instructions. Thanks to its high-quality construction and reliable operation, it is considered one of the best sport cylinders in its class.

Our advice:
For better internal cooling and greater engine durability we recommend using a 17.5 mm carburetor.

Compared to other 70cc cylinders in the same performance class, such as Airsal for example, the Malossi Sport stands out with significantly greater durability and better tolerance to small setup errors.
