High-performance 63 cc Malossi sports cylinder kit made of quality cast iron, designed for Piaggio Bravo, Superbravo, Boss, Boxer, Ciao, Grillo, and Si models with 2-stroke 50 cc engines. This torque-strong kit features an advanced CVF system, aggressive timing, and 6 transfer ports, allowing excellent filling, improved performance, and outstanding responsiveness – ideal for racing use as well.

The kit includes a robust piston with two piston rings, all necessary mounting parts, gaskets, and installation instructions. The aluminum cylinder head ensures more efficient cooling and optimal performance under higher loads.

What is CVF?
The CVF system adds extra channels in the cylinder wall that, together with the openings in the piston, allow additional mixture flow. This improves cylinder filling, increases power, and enhances overall engine efficiency.
