Description

The Dellorto PHDG 19 is a modern round-slide carburetor suitable for Vespa Smallframe models. It represents a technically more advanced successor and a higher-performance replacement for the original SHB/SHBC 19/19 carburetors.

Thanks to its compact design and well-positioned adjustment screws, the carburetor remains easily accessible even after installation on the Vespa. The body and float chamber are made from lightweight aluminum alloy, allowing better heat dissipation and stable operation.

Plug & Play installation

The carburetor features a rigid 23 mm clamp connection that fits directly onto standard Smallframe intake manifolds (SHB type mounting).

Precise tuning capability

It uses the proven Dell’Orto component system (W needles, M6 main jets), allowing very precise tuning for different cylinder kits and engine configurations.

Optimized airflow

The round diffuser cross-section ensures direct throttle response and consistent fuel–air mixture preparation.

Note: The carburetor has an air filter connection Ø46 mm. An adapter to Ø60 mm is included and can be easily installed if required.
