The Stage6 R/T MK2 transmission cover is a high-quality tuning part for scooters with Minarelli engines (horizontal and vertical), such as Yamaha Aerox, MBK Nitro, Booster, Stunt, Ovetto, BW’s, Jog R, Neo’s and many other models. It is an extremely robust and precisely manufactured cover, designed specifically for high-performance tuning engines.

The cover is CNC machined from high-quality aluminum alloy, ensuring exceptional strength, precision, and long service life. It is equipped with premium SKF bearings that provide smoother gearbox operation and maximum reliability even under high loads.

During development, Stage6 placed special emphasis on rigidity and stability. Instead of reducing weight, the focus is on a robust construction that minimizes deformation and improves power transmission. Thanks to increased rigidity, gearbox operation is more stable, which also enhances engine performance.

Compared to the original Minarelli cover, this version features additional needle bearings on the secondary shaft, reducing friction and improving power transmission efficiency—even on moderately tuned scooters.

A special feature of this model is the high-quality Viton O-ring seal, which replaces the traditional paper gasket. This increases the stability of the connection between the engine block and the cover and reduces torsion, contributing to better gearbox performance.

The cover is compatible with OEM and Oversize rear pulleys, so additional machining is usually not required.

The anodized black finish and laser-engraved Stage6 logo provide an excellent look and additional protection against wear and corrosion.
