Belt Stage6 R/T Oversize Minarelli Long (Aerox)

Stage6 Sport Pro is a high-quality variator designed for an improved transmission ratio, better power transfer and noticeably better acceleration. It is primarily intended for 50ccm and 70ccm sport engines and represents an excellent upgrade to the original CVT system.

The variator is optimized for use with Stage6 Pro Replica exhausts and Stage6 Sport Pro and Streetrace cylinders, but it also works exceptionally well with other sport 50ccm and 70ccm setups.

Stage6 technology

The roller tracks and the rear side of the variator feature a special hard protective coating for increased wear resistance. The belt running surface remains uncoated, allowing better grip and more efficient power transfer. In addition, there is no risk of coating flaking, which can cause premature belt wear or damage.
