Inner rotor ignition Malossi MHR Team II suitable for various Aprilia, Derbi, Gilera and Piaggio vehicles with liquid-cooled 50cc engines.
With the MHR Team II inner rotor ignition, multiple mappings can be managed without another additional device. The selected map can also be changed by moving the OFFSET by a further ± 2° in 0.5° increments.
By developing an 8-bit uP STM8 microprocessor with a processing speed of 20 MIPS, the control unit is now even less sensitive to interference and the ignition timing control has been improved.
The CDI control unit has 3 controls:MAPS” for selecting the ignition point (maps)”OFFSET” to shift the selected map by ± 2°”LIM” to deactivate or set the speed limit between 11,500 rpm and 14,300 rpm in 200 rpm increments (especially for 4-stroke engines)
