Carburetor Polini CP 21mm – preparation for manual choke (choke cable)

Polini CP 21 mm is a universal tuning carburetor designed for a wide range of applications – from a quality upgrade of a stock system to more demanding sport and racing setups. It is part of the well-known Polini CP series, which is available in various diameters from 15 to 23 mm and is known for exceptional precision and top manufacturing quality.

The carburetor is made in Italy and stands out with excellent flow and very low weight. The structurally optimized aluminum body provides approximately 40% lower weight compared to classic carburetors. A special feature of this model is the large intake bell with a diameter of 46 mm, which offers excellent airflow and allows the use of Polini air filters with a 46 mm connection.

With the use of an appropriate adapter, it is also possible to install sport filters or original airboxes with a 35 mm connection. The carburetor is prepared for use with a manual choke cable. For vehicles that originally use an electric choke, a choke cable is required for the conversion.
