Description

The Stage6 R/T Oversize front CVT pulley, also known as a fanwheel, is specifically developed for use with the Stage6 R/T Oversize variator. Thanks to precisely optimized ramp angles, it ensures optimal transmission operation and maximum variator efficiency.

The pulley is coated with a high-quality ceramic coating that improves heat dissipation and maintains consistent surface roughness. This allows stable belt operation, better power transfer, and increased durability under high loads.

The kit also includes a star washer and a plastic fan, which improves variator cooling and helps maintain optimal CVT transmission temperature during riding.

This component is ideal for high-performance tuning projects with an Oversize transmission on Minarelli engines.

Ceramic-coated pulleys are recommended to be used with Stage6, Malossi or TopPerformances belts. Using Gates belts (e.g. in some Polini products) may damage the ceramic coating.
