Description

The Stage6 Racing CNC front pulley (Drive Face) is a high-quality tuning component for scooters with Minarelli engines and many 2-stroke scooters with China Minarelli replica engines. It is designed for maximum variator efficiency and improved power transfer to the rear wheel.

Unlike original pulleys, which are often made from cast or pressed steel and may have production tolerances, the Stage6 pulley is precisely CNC machined from an aluminum alloy. This ensures a perfectly accurate ramp angle, allowing optimal variator operation—especially on high-performance tuning engines with a narrower powerband.

During development, more than twelve different ramp angles were tested to achieve optimal performance. The surface features a special low-friction coating that improves belt movement and heat dissipation.

Since the pulley is lighter than the stock version, it allows faster variator response and more efficient power transfer to the rear wheel. It was originally developed for drag racing but is also an excellent choice for high-performance street or racing scooters.
