. With the numerous main and auxiliary jets, carburetor needles and other accessories available for PWK carburetors, all options are available for clean tuning. An underestimated feature is the adjustment of the mixing tube, this affects, for example, the correction air / brake air with the slide fully open both at low and high speeds. The fuel/air ratio should remain constant at all engine speeds. Without air correction, the amount of fuel would increase faster than the amount of air as the speed increased while the slider was fully open. The result would then be to rich mixture at high speeds.
The carburetor has a manual choke.
