Top Racing offers you a cheap but very good clutch spring kit in three different weights. for original 3 shoe clutch and 107mm Top – Racing clutches . green 15% stiffer, red 30% stiffer, blue 50% stiffer Our tip: Changing the clutch springs is necessary if your power band moves up through the rev range after tuning (e.g. with exhaust, carburettor, cylinder, etc.). The clutch engages at the same point as the original, but will take much longer to achieve the top end. The scooter runs at a higher speed, and does not need such a wide power band. Result: You’ll have much better acceleration and be able to jump away from the traffic lights at an insanely fast speed. An absolute must!
