Many scooters from the middle East use different types of carburettor. The carb is a Mikuni copy, but uses an E-choke/cold start valve. You can only tell which is fitting from the choke attachment. The version shown here features a large plastic foot with a larger distance between the holes than on the Mikuni copy (RPNK200.24).
