Description

The Stage6 Leak Test Kit is a professional tool for checking engine airtightness. It is designed for servicing and assembling 2-stroke engines, allowing quick verification that the engine is completely sealed after assembly.

A fully sealed engine is essential for proper operation, maximum power, and precise carburetor tuning. The presence of false air can cause poor engine performance, tuning issues, and even engine damage. With this kit, you can check everything before reinstalling the engine into the vehicle.

The kit allows sealing of the intake and exhaust systems and creating pressure inside the engine, enabling quick detection of any leaks.

Kit contents:
• 1× intake plug 25 mm
• 1× intake plug 28 mm
• 1× intake plug 35 mm
• 1× intake plug 39 mm
• 4× air inlet valve

The intake plugs allow use with almost all carburetor sizes and intake manifolds.

Usage:
The rubber gasket is placed between the exhaust flange and the cylinder to seal the exhaust port. Then the appropriate plug is inserted into the intake manifold. Air is carefully introduced into the engine through the valve (recommended pressure between 0.5 and 0.8 bar).

If the pressure remains stable for at least one minute, the engine is properly sealed. In case of leaks, the location can easily be detected using soapy water, as bubbles will form where air escapes.
