The Multivar 2000 from Malossi is a maxi torque converter. “Maxi” because on the one hand it is designed for scooters and quads with large displacement, and on the other hand because it combines the most modern achievements in technology and design that have never been applied to such engines before.
Self-lubricating sliding bush made of sintered steel, hub made of alloy steel and sliding surface with a coating of hard, ground and lapped chrome; half pulley made of silicon-aluminum alloy manufactured with precision NC machines and diamond finish.
Better pulling power, more top speed, smooth starting, maximum shifting comfort, mechanical “silence” even at high speeds and consistent performance.
