Description

The Overrange kit Malossi MHR La Furia Rossa is the latest generation of MHR TEAM drive kits, developed directly from the racing experience of Malossi Hyper Racing. It is intended for the most demanding users, as it is a top-level racing kit used by Malossi’s own racing teams in the Italian and Malossi 2T championships.

The drive components are made of aluminum and precisely CNC machined, ensuring exceptional strength with very low weight. This reduces mechanical losses in the transmission, improves engine response and allows better power utilization. The pulleys feature additional ventilation openings that significantly improve cooling, increase belt grip and extend its service life. The pulley surfaces are additionally treated for optimal contact with the belt.

The variator has a larger diameter and, in combination with the Overrange belt, provides noticeably better acceleration and higher top speed. The clutch is specially designed for use with the Overrange kit and has been thoroughly tested both by computer simulation and on the racetrack to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

The kit uses 19×15 mm rollers and is supplied with a spring and two sets of rollers for optimal transmission setup. It is a short version (short version), supplied with a 745×19 belt.
