Description

The Athena 50cc cylinder kit is an excellent replacement and tuning solution for riders who want to increase their scooter’s performance while staying within the 50 cc displacement limit. Its aluminum construction with Nikasil coating provides excellent heat dissipation, minimal friction, and exceptionally long service life, even under intensive use.

The cylinder features a split exhaust port, improved transfer ports, and a 40 mm piston, resulting in higher torque, quicker acceleration, and stable performance at high RPM.

The kit includes the cylinder, piston, cylinder head, gaskets, and carbon reeds for the original intake block. When properly combined with a suitable sport exhaust and a slightly larger carburetor, the kit can produce between 8–10 HP, placing it in the “50cc Racing” category.
