Cylinder set Top Performance TPR 86cc -Piaggio / Gilera

Top Perfamces has responded to popular demand and put together a true tuner kit that is finally available for scooters: the Top Performances High End Conversion Kit 86cc (cylinder + 44mm stroke)

With an excellent reputation for established 50cc bikes/scooters, Top Performances has come up with this 86cc Aluminum Tuning Kit for Scooters with Piaggio Engine ( Water Cooled)

The cylinder is made of Nikasil coated aluminum with a diameter of 50mm and a stroke of 44mm, it has 6 ports for fuel transfer, bridged exhaust port and modular high compression cylinder head.

The exhaust port is very “big” across its width, giving it a unique look. Special attention has also been paid to the outer surface of the cylinder with a cooling channel that surrounds the entire exhaust port for optimal cooling.

The crankshaft included in this Top Performances 86cc Piaggio /Gilera tuning kit is reinforced racing crankshaft with full circle and “extended” stroke – 44 mm, 85 mm connecting rod, bearing, small end bearing 12x15x15 mm.

One of the unique features of the top-end crankshafts is the use of tungsten weights instead of the standard “caps” for balancing.

In terms of performance, the Top Performances 86cc Tuning Kit Piaggio/Gilera Hyper Racing kit and develops 20/22 HP in combination with appropriate components:
– min. 28mm Carburetor
– Digital Internal Rotor Ignition
– “Hyper Racing” Exhaust.

Note: Motor housing must be milled to make room for the 44mm crankshaft and also for the bottom of the cylinder (d=56mm).
