In addition to the huge range of aluminum cylinder kits, Airsal has now also expanded the product range to include cast iron sports cylinders. Particular importance was attached to the layout of the flow channels; these were precisely adopted from the tried and tested Metrakit MK sport cylinders.
A larger carburetor is not necessary, but the jetting should be adjusted. The cylinder kit is delivered without a cylinder head, the original head can simply continue to be used.
With the 50cc Sport cast iron Airsal offers a sporty replacement cylinder kit.In terms of performance, the 50 Sport GG is at the level of, for example, 50 Top Performance sports cylinders. Compared to the original, the performance has been increased by around 2 hp.
