Description

Water Pump Stage6 R/T MK2 Piaggio LC from the German tuning expert Stage6. The MK2 version of the Stage6 R/T water pump is probably the best mechanical water pump system available for 50-100cc Piaggio engines.
The R&D team at Stage6 R/T has gone back to work and exchanged the impeller; they now use an improved impeller with higher water flow and thus better cooling for the MK2 version of their already extremely powerful water pump. Better cooling means that even very high speeds / rpms are optimally supported.
The gear wheel is CNC-machined from ultra-light aluminum. The lower weight will reduce the drag on your crankshaft. The gear is directly screwed to the drive shaft (screw is included), not to the oil pump base plate. This makes changing the belt much easier.
The drive shaft is, unlike the original, made of stainless steel, which will extend maintenance intervals. Since replacing the water pump on Piaggio engines is not really a walk in the park, this is a pretty important point.
The kit also includes a high quality oil seal from Corteco and high quality SKF low-friction ball bearings.
