Malossi Fly System 107 mm is a high-quality sports clutch kit with reinforced clutch bell, designed for scooters with Minarelli engines and a 107 mm clutch diameter. It was developed as a reliable upgrade to the original clutch and as an ideal solution for stock and mildly modified engines.

The Malossi Fly clutch stands out with its optimized friction material compound, ensuring fast and slip-free power transmission. Due to its reduced weight compared to the stock clutch, engine response during load changes is noticeably improved, while the reinforced construction ensures long service life and reliable operation in everyday use.

The included Malossi 107 mm clutch bell is made of deep-drawn DC04 steel and precisely balanced, reducing vibrations in the drivetrain. This increases riding comfort and at the same time extends the service life of bearings and the transmission. The bell is resistant to high thermal loads and provides better heat dissipation than standard bells.

By using different Malossi clutch springs, it is possible to adjust preload and therefore the clutch engagement RPM, allowing optimal setup depending on the cylinder and exhaust.
