Description

The Malossi MHR La Furia Rossa Overrange kit for Minarelli (long version) represents the latest generation of high-end MHR Overrange kits, developed for maximum power transmission efficiency, performance and reliability. It is a complete drivetrain assembly designed for all Minarelli engines with a long crankcase, developed based on many years of Malossi Hyper Racing experience.

The kit is engineered to significantly improve acceleration, top speed and engine response, while ensuring long service life and wide tuning possibilities. It is supplied with two sets of rollers, allowing easy and precise adjustment of the transmission according to the engine setup.

The core of the kit remains the legendary Malossi Multivar, further refined in this version. The variator sliding ramps have been completely redesigned for maximum performance, and the hub, in addition to chrome plating and grinding, is finished using a vibratory process that creates an extremely smooth, almost mirror-like surface. For the first time, the MHR Aluminum Multivar variator is supplied together with the fixed Ventilvar pulley half.

On the other side of the engine is the new Malossi MHR Aluminum rear pulley (Torque Driver), made of aluminum for reduced weight and increased strength. The pulley is riveted to the hub, reducing tolerances and increasing stability. The surface roughness is only Ra 0.4, and micro-perforations improve belt grip, heat dissipation and debris removal.

Also included is the Malossi X K Belt, developed based on maxi scooter belt technology. Due to its extremely small cross-section, it is ideal for racing use on two-stroke scooters and ensures constant grip and stable operation under high loads.

⚠️ Note: The kit is intended for the long version of the Minarelli crankcase. When used on a short Minarelli crankcase, a suitable different belt is required (not included).
